Join us for the 23rd Beaufort Homes for the Holidays annual event featuring a walking tour of 7 incredible homes located in Habersham, an award-winning and nationally recognized community near Beaufort. These unique homes feature luxury coastal living, timeless architecture and elegant Lowcountry design – all professionally decorated for the holidays. Get inspired with new and exciting ideas for your own holiday magic!

Ticket Information

Candlelight Tour & Silent Auction – $100. Must be purchased online in advance. (Limited tickets available)

Enjoy Champagne and Hors d’oeuvres as you tour these beautiful homes in the evening,
festively illuminated with holiday decor and luminaries.

Unique and exciting auction items will be available for bidding on Friday evening only.

Some of the items include:

A Quintessential Southern Porch Party
Hosted at the “Trescot House”, 20 friends will enjoy an evening of cocktails and appetizers
in the historic Point neighborhood of Beaufort.

Cocktail Cruise Package
Explore Beaufort’s Waterways with Sheila and Jerry Cave hosting a 2-hour cocktail cruise with beer,
wine and fancy appetizers for two guests.

Downtown Getaway
Enjoy a 2 night weekday getaway for 2 people at the beautifully restored
Cuthbert House Inn, including a complimentary happy hour and dinner.

Lowcountry Boil Package
Sea Eagle Market will provide a private Lowcountry Boil for 10 people for you to host
in your home including beverages and fun tableware.

(WO)Man Cave Package
Power Washing Man provides the services while you relax and enjoy some refreshing
beverages and fun merchandise.

Saturday/Sunday Tour – $55 in advance $60 the day of the tour

Tickets will be available starting in October at area businesses (cash or checks only) including The Chocolate Tree, Sweet Bay, The Kitchen, Dataw Island Pro Shop, River and Marsh in Habersham, Markel’s in Bluffton, and Saint Peter’s Catholic Church office, 70 Lady’s Island Drive.

Saturday & Sunday tickets may also be purchased on the days of the tour at will call located in the center of Habersham Marketplace.

Parking

Event parking is located in the fields along Cherokee Farms Road, adjacent to the Marketplace entrance to Habersham. Look for signs and “parking elves” for directions.
